1. Online Enquiry Form

Fill the form by clicking on Apply Now  button below.

2. Registration

After completion of step 1, You will get confirmation via email only.

Please note:
Registration is the application for seeking admission at our school and Email and phone number should be perfect otherwise you will miss the updates of your admission process.

3. Documents

Submission of documents that are required when your wards admission will be confirmed.

4. Shortlisted candidates

For Kindergarten
Selection list will be published on website.
Time slots for completion of admission formalities will be shared via email.

For Grade 1 Onward
Shortlisted admission applications will be invited for a class readiness test. Those qualifying the test will be invited for an interaction with the academic team.

5. Complete of formalities

Parent shall receive a mail from Welkin confirming the admission of his/her child.

 

6. Completion

Your child is ready to join the school.

 

At SRM Welkin Sopore, we follow the National Curriculum. SRM Welkin provides an outstanding education for children aged 3 – 18 years.

The registration is open for the academic year  2023/2024 for all FS, Primary and Secondary Years.

  • DOB Certificate issued by Municipal corporation. In case of areas beyond municipal limits, DOB issued by concerned Police Station.
  • Immunisation Card
  • Both Parents Photo ID Proof (Voter’s card or Aadhar Card or Passport or Driving License).
  • Both Parents individual passport size photographs.
  • Child’s passport size photograph.
  • DOB Certificate issued by Municipal corporation. In case of areas beyond municipal limits, DOB issued by concerned Police Station.
  • Both Parents Photo ID Proof (Voter’s card or Aadhar Card or Passport or Driving License).
  • Both Parents individual passport size photographs.
  • Child’s passport size photograph.
  • Behaviour Certificate from previous or current school as applicable.
  • Report Card/ Mark sheet of previous grade completion.
  • Discharge Certificate from the previous school.

Minimum Age Criteria for different grades as on 31st October of each academic session.
